Classes & Squash Courts

We offer classes for every level, and each class runs more than once a week so everyone gets a chance to attend. All classes and squash courts are free of charge with your membership and can be booked online. If you're not a member and want to go to a class you can book in person at the gym, up to one day in advance.

Zumba Caliente

Non stop hip-swivelling, shoulder-shimmying and fabulous footwork. Torch fat and calories, whittle your middle and sculpt your hips, butt and thighs. 

BF Pump

BF Pump is about physical fitness - lifting and lowering the weight and reaching your body to be a more efficient machine. You will use different muscle groups simultaneously, all while maintaining posture and balance.

BF Boxing

You will need to bring inner gloves. 

This class offers a great all-over body work out. Boxing is combined with aerobics and muscle toning exercises. As well as getting fit, most boxing moves used can also be used in self-defence situations. 

Pilates

Pilates was devised to bring the body back to healthy alignment and to teach new postural habits so as to move freely without strain. It also helps to bring about a more streamlined and toned appearance. To fully benefit from pilates it is necessary to be able to coordinate the breath with the movement; it takes practice. Improvements in the body become apparent very soon once these concepts are mastered.

High Intensity Interval Training is a system in which you give all-out, 100% effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by little and sometimes active recovery time. This king of training gets and keeps your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time. But be warned - it's not for beginners!

Get moving in a high-intensity workout, and make the most of your 30 minute lunch break. Channel your frustrations out into the punching bag and leave the class looking toned and feeling refreshed.

A specific selection of exercises chosen to develop overall body strength and aerobic fitness. This class caters for all fitness levels from beginners to very fit. It's one of the most effective methods for improving and maintaining general fitness, muscle strength and endurance and all-over flexibility. 

Yoga

Yoga is an ancient physical and spiritual discipline originated from India. It follows a set of structured poses in coordination with breath aiming to achieve mental and physical relaxation. It is a very effective way to improve body flexibility and release stress. Classes are mixed ability and beginners are welcome.

 

Body Blast 

Wednesdays

A high energy class combining cardio and conditioning. The class starts with a short warm up then goes on to an easy to follow choreographed high intensity cardio and strength routine including squats, lunges and exercises that use your bodyweight as resistance. Later we move on to floor exercises working the abs and upper and lower body. No equipment needed, but a basic fitness level is advised.

 

Bodyworks

Bodyworks is a fitness class for all levels of fitness that involves a mixture of flexibility, aerobic exercise and hand weights. This class is an ideal introduction to weightlifting, weight loss, and muscle toning for beginners.

Legs, Bums & Tums

This class works on areas below the waist, focusing on exercises that will strengthen the stomach, bottom, hips and thighs. 

 

Blitz & Burn

A dynamic, high energy class that will get your body working ,whether you are hoping to lose weight, or are going for sports conditioning, this class is for you. It consists of simple, functional moves which will guarantee to get your body working and burning fat while sculpting the legs and bottom.
